In this frantic flow of thoughts, actions, and distractions sometimes it is hard to be surprised. We are literally bombarded with unnecessary informations that everything seems trivial, dull and repetitive. Yet, often, nature has this magical gift and for me the great thing about travelling is to be surprised. The city of #Lugano has pleasantly surprised me and here’s a little taste!

If you follow me on Instagram (I am S.arigato) you know that 15 days ago I visited the wonderful city of Lugano for a fair on aesthetics and I managed to get myself 2 hours to quickly have a look around the city.
In this very short time available, I could not see everything I wanted and for this reason I will only describe my impression, without presumption of wanting to give you directions or itineraries, and for that I refer you to the OfficialTourism Website of Lugano.

The city of Lugano is relatively small, it can be visited in a couple of hours, but rich in breathtaking culture and landscapes. The prices are aligned with the classic Swiss prices and for a risotto you could even pay 30 euros! Perhaps sleeping there is not the best option but you can still pay it a visit and regenerate with a deep sigh in front of so much beauty.
Like all Swiss towns, Lugano is immersed in the greenery, bathed by the beautiful Lake Lugano and surrounded by marvellous mountains. Even this time nature has amazed me with its infinite beauty and its unique colours: the shimmer of the lake, the reflections in the water of autumn painted leaves and the slopes of the mountains surrounded by a mild morning mist.
I leave here some of my travel photos hoping to get back soon and give you some good advices!
